We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 90 days.


We accept all returns within 90 days of delivery of your Cleencut purchase(s). Call Customer Service at 1-514-569-7289 with the reason for your return. Customer Service will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

– All returned items must be accompanied by an RMA#.

– All items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories (such as studs).

– All items must be postmarked no later than two weeks after the RMA number is issued.

– Once received, you will be refunded the full purchase price, less shipping and handling.

– Items without a return authorization number or items returned outside the 90-day return period will not be refunded.


Refunds and exchanges do not include shipping and handling charges as indicated on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns or exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any material lost or damaged in transit. Cleencut does not guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any amount refunded will not include shipping charges.


Under exceptional circumstances and outside our 90-day return policy, a 20% restocking fee may apply if the product was ordered in error – for example, the wrong size.

Restocking fees apply to normally priced items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition.

Cleencut will be happy to help you resolve the problem. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
